Matt Hammond - Is the Founder of Quality K9 Concepts, with a decorated 11-year career in the U.S. Army as a K-9 handler. He built an extensive foundation of knowledge through situational and combat experience. Matt is a combat veteran having served in Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, and Iraq. Matt was also called on to work at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, UT.
Matt brings experience in obedience, protection, tactical work and narcotic/explosive detection training. He also possesses considerable knowledge in the evaluation of canine disposition, conformation and train ability. Matt has trained under some of the best trainers in the world. Matt conducts decoy seminars around the country and will be the first to pass credit to those that helped him.
Matt is a certified Police officer, a member of the USA (United Schutzhund Clubs of America), a certifying authority for the EGWDA (East Georgia Working Dog Association), an AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator, a Schutzuhnd trial helper, Founder and Former Director of Decoys for the APPDA, a ASR Certified Decoy and the Founder of Dogs 4 Blue and H-3. Sally has been involved in helping raise and train dogs for much of her life. Sally began formal dog training 15 years ago with her first sport dog. Sally has experience with sport dog training, personal protection, and both competition and pet obedience training. Sally holds a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Psychology, and is also an AKC approved CGC Evaluator. Sally is an acting board member for H-3.
